    Find Your Internal Green Light

    August 11, 2026·2 min read

    That movie was a lie.

It seems like yesterday watching that opening sequence.

The blonde girl riding on top, grabbing that white scarf, and wrapping it around his wrists.

    Basic Instinct had cinematic flair.

    But it missed the mark.

If you expect that your woman is suddenly going to tie you up and ravish you without any prompting on your end, I have some land in Antarctica to sell you.

Because as much as women love sex.

    They don't initiate sex.

Yes, I'm sure you're going to remind me of that ONE girl or those times when your woman was drunk, etc., etc.

But those are outlier exceptions. Not the rule.

If you want more sex in your relationship, you will need to initiate it.

    YOU.

Most women want to be wanted. Their emotions swing wildly like the wind.

Those are good things. It means our level of desire and hunger can affect theirs and it means that women have the uncanny ability to go from not interested → interested pretty fast.

Now we are back to the main thing holding you back.

    YOU.

More often than not, when I coach guys, it's not her permission to escalate that they really need.

    It's their own.

That internal permission you give yourself. That's the missing piece.

Stop looking for signs of her overt permission. Start looking for signs of your own internal permission.

If she's with you, she's smiling, she's having a good time, she'll entertain some light touching on her thigh, she'll let you grab her by the hand.

    The issue isn't her.

It's that you are still trying to convince yourself.

Find your internal green light, map it, use it. Otherwise you'll keep waiting for the perfect moment that will never come.
